Accessibility statement

What we have built for, what we test, and what we know is still imperfect.

What we aim for

We build towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That is a target we design and test against, not a certification we claim.

What that means in practice

Specific decisions taken to get there:

• Every interactive control is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Catalog gallery ordering is offered as move and promote buttons rather than drag-only, so it works by keyboard, touch and screen reader.
• Documents use real heading structure, so assistive technology can present an outline and skip between sections.
• Images carry text alternatives, and decorative artwork is marked so it is skipped rather than announced.
• Colour is not the only way any status is conveyed, and body text is set for contrast against its background.
• Motion respects the reduced-motion preference set in your operating system.
• The whole site is offered in English and Spanish, with language marked so screen readers pronounce each correctly.

How we test

Automated accessibility checks run against the storefront as part of our development process. Automated testing catches a meaningful share of problems and misses many others, particularly around focus order and whether copy actually makes sense when heard rather than seen.

Known gaps

We would rather name these than let you discover them:

• Testing with real assistive technology on real devices is not yet complete, so this statement rests more on automated checks than we would like.
• Product imagery is currently placeholder artwork awaiting final photography; its text alternatives will be revisited when the real images land.

If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, contact us and describe what happened, on what page, and with what browser or assistive technology. We treat these as defects. If something is blocking you from information or an order, say so and we will supply it another way while we fix the underlying problem.
