The terms on which Novapure supplies research materials, and what you confirm by placing an order.

Who may order

The catalog is offered to qualified laboratory research settings. By placing an order you confirm that you are ordering on behalf of such a setting, that you are of legal age to contract in your jurisdiction, that the material will be received and handled by someone competent to do so, and that its use will comply with the rules of your institution and jurisdiction.

Those rules differ by country and by institution, and satisfying them is your responsibility. A product appearing in this catalog is not a statement that your local rules permit it.

Research use only

Novapure products and educational materials are intended for qualified laboratory research only. They are not medicines and are not for human consumption. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

You agree not to use, resupply or present any material bought here for human or veterinary consumption, for clinical use, or as a medicine, food or supplement, and not to represent it as approved for any such purpose.

Orders and pricing

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it in writing, and we may decline an order — before or after payment — where a product turns out to be unavailable, a destination is not one we can serve, a price was shown in error, or we have reason to believe the terms above are not met. Where we decline after payment, we refund in full.

Prices, availability and totals are determined on the server for your destination, and what you are shown at confirmation is what applies. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us.

Delivery, title and risk

Delivery terms are set out in the shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery to the address you supplied.

Import rules, duties and charges levied by the destination country are yours to satisfy and settle unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Returns

All sales are final, subject to the narrow exceptions set out in the returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Subscriptions

A subscription repeats an order on the schedule you choose, at the price and contents fixed when it started. Each renewal is announced by email in advance. You may pause, skip, reschedule or cancel future renewals from your account at any time. If an item becomes unavailable in your market or leaves the catalog, that cycle will not ship it and we will contact you rather than substituting something else.

Accounts

Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. We may suspend an account where these terms are breached or where we see activity that puts customers or the service at risk.

Liability

We supply materials for research; we do not control, supervise or advise on the work they are used in, and we are not responsible for the results of that work or for any use inconsistent with these terms. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for it.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

These terms carry a version and an effective date, shown at the top of this page. The version in force when you place an order is the one that governs it. Material changes are published here before they take effect.
