Strengths, packs and kits: how the catalog is organised
One product can appear as several purchasable options. Understanding how strength and pack format combine makes the shop far easier to navigate.
Each entry in the catalog is a product family — a named material — and underneath it sits one or more purchasable options. Those options are what you actually order, and each has its own code, its own price and its own stock.
Two things distinguish one option from another. Strength is the quantity of material stated for the vial. Pack format is how those vials are supplied, most commonly as a kit of ten. A family offered at several strengths in the same pack format therefore shows several options that differ only in that number.
Every option carries a short code, its SKU. That code is the most precise way to refer to something when you contact us, because a product name and a strength together can still be ambiguous where blends are involved.
Blends are listed as their own families rather than as options under a single component. A blend has its own description and its own documentation, and treating it as a variant of one of its components would misrepresent what is in the vial.
Prices and availability are always taken from the option, not the family. If a family shows a price on a listing page, it is the lowest currently available across its options, and the exact figure is confirmed once you choose one. Stock works the same way: a family can be partly available, with some options in stock and others not.
