How it works
How ordering works.
From finding a product to receiving a shipment, with the checks that happen at each step and the points where a person is involved.
1. Find the material
Browse the catalog or search by name, code or research category. Each product family groups the purchasable options beneath it — those differ by strength and pack format, and each carries its own code, price and stock.
The code, or SKU, is the precise way to refer to an option when you contact us. A product name and a strength together can still be ambiguous where blends are involved.
2. Confirm the option
Prices and availability shown against an option are read from our records at the moment the page is built, for the destination you are ordering to. A listing price on a family page is the lowest currently available across its options; the exact figure is confirmed once you select one.
3. Place the order
Card details are entered into the payment provider's own form and never pass through Novapure. Totals — items, shipping, tax — are calculated on the server from the destination and the method you choose, and shown in full before you confirm.
You will receive written confirmation listing what was ordered, at what price, to which address.
4. Fulfilment
Orders are picked against the stock reserved when you placed them. Delivery time depends on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout, and is quoted at that point rather than as a site-wide average.
You will be notified when the order ships. Track its status at any time from your account.
5. Recurring supply
Work with a steady requirement can be put on a subscription, which repeats an order on a schedule you choose. The price and contents are fixed to what you selected when it started, every renewal is announced by email in advance, and you can pause, skip a cycle, change the schedule or cancel from your account without contacting anyone.
