Ask Nova

Nova, and what it will not answer.

Nova is a catalog assistant. It is fast at finding things and deliberately unhelpful about a specific category of question.

What it does

Nova helps with the catalog and with your own orders: locating a product, comparing the options under a family, explaining a policy, checking the status of something you placed.

Everything it says is re-checked

Nova's answers are not taken on trust. Every product it mentions is re-read from the catalog before the reply reaches you — names, options, prices, availability and links all come from the same records the storefront uses. It cannot quote a price that has changed, and it cannot invent a product that does not exist.

What it refuses

Nova will not answer questions about dosing, preparation, administration, or effects in humans or animals, and rephrasing the question does not change that. It is the same rule the product pages follow, applied consistently.

It also has no access to another customer's information, to unpublished catalog records, or to anything about how Novapure is run internally.

Treat it as a pointer

For anything that matters to a compliance file or a purchasing decision, the product page and a written reply from us are the record. Nova is a faster way to reach them, not a replacement for them.
